Linden Update - December 9, 2023

Happy Holidays! Here are a few updates:

• The roof replacement on the West Building is underway with work continuing today so as to take advantage of the good weather. As long as the weather cooperates the project will be completed in the near term. Stay connected here for more updates on the progress of the project.

• The Linden Place Holiday Party is this coming week on Thursday December 14th. There are RSVP bags in both the East and West Building lobbies. If you are planning to come please let the committee know with your RSVP. They are collected multiple times a day. We’re looking forward to a good turnout, so see you there!

• There are a number of reservations for the Party Room this month; so please remember to contact a board member to inspect the room both prior to and after your use of the room. This way the Party Room stays in good order for the next resident. It’s a great asset and we all want to keep the room in top shape
