Hello everyone. Welcome to the November update. There is a lot of activity going on in the building and most importantly the roof replacement on the West Building. The roofers are scheduled to be here November 17, 2023 to begin work. They plan to replace the entire roof from the Party Room to the end of the building and they plan to start with the area of the roof that is currently leaking.

Plumbing continues to be the major problem at Linden and Harry is doing a good job repairing leaks and also working to install valves where needed and address problem areas. Work is scheduled to replace screens and filters for the water coming into the building which hopefully will address the pressure fluctuation and the minor noise heard by some residents in both the East and West Buildings.

Work is wrapping up on the former superintendent apartment (#203) and it should be available to rent starting January 2024. This should bring in a constant flow of revenue to Linden Corporation and add to the Capital Reserve.

The Christmas Party planning committee is working on details for the upcoming party scheduled for December 15, 2023. More details to follow. .
